How it works?

Please call me at 831-869-7096 and we will make an appointment. I will also be very happy to answer your questions or offer additional info.

I will be on location on time and take pictures. It normally takes me about 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the Estate.

I will work on the pictures. Normally it takes me 24-48 Hours to send you the edited photos. I will upload the digital files onto a cloud account I will send you a link with password. You will have 2 folders, large and web files. You can download the pictures with no limitation.

My office is located in Monterey CA but I do travel. Please contact me for more information or price, will be will be happy to help and answer your questions. You will receive all the pictures in digital format. My turnaround time is 24-48 hours! I know how important is listing you home or apartment as fast as possible. I will upload the pictures into my website and will provide you link and password to access and download the files. I also offer different sizes based on your needs with no additional charge!
